Please note that due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for soaps, balms, and haircare products if they remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original, intact sealed packaging. If you have unsealed, opened, or used the product, you forfeit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
