Fills loyalty

Simply click here and create your Fills loyalty account. If you already have a LEIF online account, you are automatically a member.

Please note that you may have subscribed to our email newsletter without creating an account, but you will need to have an account to start earning points.

There are several ways to earn points when you join Fills:

Create an account:
Earn 50 points when you join.

Make a purchase:
Every $1 you spend will earn you 1 point.

Tell us your birthday:
Share your birthday and receive 75 points to spend on your special day! 

Return your Re:fill:
Earn 100 points for every Re:fill pouch you return. Learn more.

Points will be added on your account once your order has been dispatched.

You can redeem your points on any full-priced LEIF products via our website (leifproducts.com).

Please note, digital gift cards, selected discounted product offers, other special promotions, shipping, and taxes are excluded. LEIF reserves the right to exclude any items from promotion at their discretion.

At checkout, points eligible for redemption will automatically display based on your purchase amount:

• 100 points $10 off purchases over $50
• 200 points $20 off purchases over $70
• 300 points $30 off purchases over $100
• 500 points $50 off purchases over $125

Please note, the maximum points you can redeem is 500 points ($50).

Refer to the promotional terms and conditions to confirm whether your points may be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers. These details are typically provided at the bottom of the promotional email or on our Terms and Conditions page.

Simply login to your Fills account to see your points. You can redeem points when you reach values of 100. Your account will keep track of your points and notify you by email when your points are about to expire.

Make sure you login prior to checkout. If you have enough points to redeem, they will display at checkout, and you will have the option to add them to your order.

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (e.g. no purchases or redemptions for 12 months via our website, leifproducts.com).

Complimentary standard shipping is available to Level 2 and Level 3 members, Australia-wide only. Please ensure you are logged in prior to checkout for free standard shipping to be activated on your account.

Since your Fills account is linked to your leifproducts.com account, purchases made with LEIF stockists cannot be accredited to your Fills account.

Loyalty points are only activated through one email, please be sure to use your preferred email while checking out to redeem your points. Please note purchases through seperate emails will not be added to your main account.

Yes, if you don’t meet the spend required to maintain your level within 12 months, your status will be adjusted. Once you reach Level 1, 2 or 3, it’s valid for 12 months. If the required points aren’t earned during that time, you’ll move down one level.

When you reach Level 2 or Level 3, you’ll receive your first anniversary gift upon entering that level. You’ll then receive a gift each year you maintain it. Once you have an item in your cart (excluding Scent Sampler), you can then add your gift from your Fills Loyalty dashboard. Please note, gifts cannot be combined with Fills points, discounts, or other offers.

Your Loyalty Gift can be redeemed only with the purchase of at least one item (excluding Scent Sampler). Once an item is in your cart, you can add your gift from your Fills Loyalty dashboard. Please note, gifts cannot be combined with Fills points, discounts, or other offers.

All points are in AUD equivalent. For international customers, points will be rewarded in the equivalent AUD at the time of transaction, rather than 1:1 of your home currency.

Points earned per $1 spent, excludes shipping and taxes on all orders.
