Send us back your empties and we'll reward you with 100 Fills loyalty points ($10) per pouch to use on future purchases. We then pay TerraCycle® to sort and recycle, transforming your pouch into something new.

How to return?

Sign up to Fills loyalty so we can add points once your return is received.
2. Prep your pouch
Rinse your empty 1L Re:fill pouch thoroughly, remove any air and screw the cap back on.
3. Send
Write your name and email address on a piece of paper and post both back to us in an envelope to the following address:

Once we have received and processed your return, we’ll add 100 points ($10) per pouch to your Fills loyalty account.

We fill the Zero Waste Box™ by TerraCycle® with all returned Re:fills we’ve received from our customers. We then ship the box to TerraCycle® where the pouches are sorted and processed into raw materials so that they can be reused and transformed into something new, instead of being sent to landfill.
Yes, however we’ll add 100 points ($10) per pouch to your Fills loyalty account to spend online once we receive your return. We recommend accumulating a few Re:fill pouches to offset the postage cost before you return them to us.
It is also advised to send via tracked delivery as we cannot credit you for a missing package.

Yes, you can, but please contact us first to let us know you’ll be dropping by. Our studio hours operate between 9 - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

3. Pay the correct postage to track your parcel. We will always confirm via email when your pouches have been received and Fills points added to your account.

For now, we are accepting 1L Re:fill pouches only. Our bottles now include 50% recycled content to offer easy kerbside collection (pumps removed).
