    How do subscriptions work?
    Your selected 1L Re:fill products will be delivered automatically to your nominated address on your preferred schedule. Each time your subscription is due for renewal, you’ll receive an email notification to your account. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime.

    Why should I subscribe?
    Subscriptions save time, money and help reduce our plastic footprint:

    - Enjoy free shipping
    - Pause, edit, or cancel anytime
    - Never run out with delivery at your preferred frequency
    - Reduced footprint — Re:fill pouches reduce plastic by 80% when used to refill 2 x 500mL bottles.

    What products are available for subscriptions?
    Our full range of 1L Re:fill products are available for subscription.

    Is it possible to subscribe to bottles instead of Re:fills?
    We currently offer Re:fills exclusively through subscription, encouraging bottle reuse to reduce our footprint.

    How can I pause, edit, or cancel my subscription?
    You can update your product and frequency preferences or cancel your subscription from your 'My Account' page. Please note that cancellation is only possible after your first order is fulfilled.

    How do I update my address for my subscription account?
    You can edit your details and update your address from your ‘My Account’ page.

    Is an account required for subscription orders?
    We require your details on file for subscription renewals, therefore you will need to create an online account when placing your first order.

    • How our Zero Waste Box by TerraCycle works

      We fill our Zero Waste Box™ by TerraCycle® with all returned Re:fills we’ve received from our customers. We then ship the box to TerraCycle® where the pouches are sorted and processed into raw materials so that they can be reused and transformed into something new, instead of being sent to landfill.

    • Rewards for Returns

      While customers do have to pay for their returns, we’ll add 100 points ($10) per pouch to your Fills loyalty account to spend online once we receive your return.
